Responsibilities

Prepare financial reports and conduct financial analysis
Assist in the budget process
Preparation of year-end audits and financial statements
Assist in the long-term planning process for clients
Perform analytical and detailed work with numerical data efficiently and accurately
Utilize and develop a functional understanding of firm software and internal work flow/procedures to manage binder documentation and maintain client information
Exercise discretion and judgment when working with confidential client matters

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in AccountingCPA certificationSage IntacctQuickBooks (QBO)Nonprofit experienceGrant funding experienceFinancial analysisBudgetingDiscretionJudgmentTeamwork

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA, or currently pursuing CPA, or plans to pursue CPA certification
Experience with Sage Intacct and QuickBooks (QBO)
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience in a nonprofit organization
Experience with grant funding
