Lead/StaffEverstake is the largest decentralized staking provider in Ukraine and one of the top 5 blockchain validators worldwide. The Principal Technical Program Manager will lead and scale complex, cross-functional technical programs across Everstake’s infrastructure and product initiatives, ensuring alignment between technical execution and business goals.

Responsibilities
Own and drive large-scale, cross-functional technical programs from planning to execution and delivery
Coordinate multiple engineering teams (infrastructure, backend, DevOps, security) across parallel initiatives
Define program scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics
Ensure alignment between technical execution and business priorities
Identify and proactively manage risks, bottlenecks, and cross-team dependencies
Drive continuous improvement of program management processes and delivery standards
Facilitate decision-making at senior leadership and executive levels
Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders clearly and effectively
Act as a force multiplier for engineering productivity and organizational alignment
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience as a Technical Program Manager / Program Manager in complex technical environments
Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-team technical programs
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and distributed systems
Experience working closely with engineering, infrastructure, and DevOps teams
Ability to deeply understand technical architecture and trade-offs (without being a hands-on engineer)
Strong experience with risk management, dependency management, and delivery at scale
Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
Experience working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
Fluent English (C1–C2)
Preferred
Experience in Web3 / blockchain / crypto infrastructure
Experience with high-availability, fault-tolerant systems
Background in engineering or computer science
Experience scaling technical programs in rapidly growing companies
Experience working with globally distributed teams
Experience defining and rolling out program management best practices
Familiarity with security, reliability, or performance-critical systems
