Business Development Manager - Telecommunications
Hubbell Incorporated is a leading global manufacturer of critical infrastructure solutions. The Business Development Manager will drive growth by establishing partnerships with telecom carriers and contractors while supporting field sales with technical expertise.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of telecom market trends and technologies
Establish and strengthen partnerships with Tier I carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Lumen, Hawaiian Telecom) and top turf contractors
Support field sales with technical expertise, product training, and educational demonstrations
Track key projects from inception to completion using Salesforce and Power BI
Stay current with industry standards (ATIS, TIA, BICSI) and communicate updates to the sales team
Represent Hubbell at major trade shows and conferences (NATE, PEG, AMOC, Connect(X))
Work with OEMs and engineering firms to secure Hubbell product specifications in new designs and projects
Plan and execute strategic contractor events, regional meetings, and industry trade shows
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Power BI
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to travel up to 50%
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven
Valid driver's license
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or Communications
Experience in electrical or telecom markets
