Develop and demonstrate individual leadership skills
Aspires to become an Operations Leader (Mfg Ops, Mfg Eng, QMA, SMP & SCMM)
Ability to obtain US Security Clearance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's with 2 years prior experience in operations
Graduate Degree with 0 years prior experience in operations
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience in operations
Ability to obtain US Security Clearance
Preferred
Learning Agility—ability to ramp-up quickly, generalize knowledge and apply learning in new settings
