Responsibilities
Defend employers in single plaintiff cases and wage & hour class and representative actions, including under the Private Attorney General Act ("PAGA")
Provide legal advice and representation in labor and employment matters
Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and motions
Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant issues
Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop case strategies
Qualification
Required
five to seven years of relevant Labor & Employment Litigation experience in California
defend employers in single plaintiff cases and wage & hour class and representative actions, including under the Private Attorney General Act (PAGA)
Excellent writing skills
attention to detail
strong academic credentials
Active bar license in California
