Help us define training and on-boarding programs and documentation:

Where do we need to improve?

Initiate focus group to help identify opportunities for employee development

Industry research: what tools/AI are other companies using for training and documentation

Evaluate Employee satisfaction and key growth areas for retention

Qualification

Microsoft OfficeSAPProject ManagementInterpersonal SkillsProblem-Solving SkillsTime ManagementOrganizational Skills

Required

Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program at a College/University and able to receive a paid internship

Eligible to work in the US without restrictions

Have previously demonstrated leadership skills through school, extracurricular activities and/or community involvement

Exceptional at taking on challenges and using your particular set of skills to create solutions

A self-starter, ability to work with others in a team environment, with a passion for helping others

Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)

Pursing a Bachelor's/Master's degree

Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficient

Preferred

SAP experience would be a bonus

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent problem-solving skills

Follows through with all tasks, assignments, and job duties in a timely manner

Excellent time management and organizational skills
