Responsibilities

Provide supportive leadership and mentoring to fiduciary staff to ensure high-quality trust administration and client care

Oversee a diverse book of trust and estate clients while ensuring all activities align with trust documents and organizational policies

Collaborate with internal team members to maintain strong operational practices and a positive work culture

Build and nurture relationships with professional partners through consistent outreach, representation at community events, and participation in industry meetings

Serve as a knowledgeable resource in trust administration while promoting equitable and client-centered practices

Contribute to the long-term success and visibility of the organization through thoughtful stewardship and relationship building

Required

Experience in trust and estate administration, fiduciary services, or related client-serving roles

Certification such as CTFA or willingness to pursue fiduciary licensure (CLPF) with organizational support

Strong relationship-building and communication skills with clients, colleagues, and professional partners

Ability to navigate complex client needs with discretion, empathy, and sound judgment
