Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and fine-tune production work cells and robotic systems
Collaborate closely with the engineering team to complete daily work plans
Perform equipment maintenance, repairs, light programming, inventory checks, and general upkeep
Troubleshoot process or product issues, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and establish preventive measures
Create and update documentation related to parts, processes, and new product introduction
Assist in scaling small processes into larger-volume production environments
Qualification
Required
Associate or bachelor's degree in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
Previous experience in manufacturing or robotics
Proficiency with equipment and tools common in manufacturing environments
