Responsibilities

Design an enterprise architecture for contact center capabilities based on Genesys Cloud CX and the Neighborly enterprise wide technology ecosystem that incorporates Conversational AI, Marketing Orchestration, Enterprise Data, and IT/telecom infrastructure (ie UCaaS) that achieves revenue and business growth outcomes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer, franchise, brand and/or user requirements

Translate requirements into innovative scalable solutions that deliver business outcomes; ensure integration of Genesys Cloud with 3rd party systems and the Neighborly enterprise technology ecosystem via APIs and web services

Build and maintain IVR/IVA call flows using Genesys Architect

Monitor and troubleshoot issues in production environments

Implement best practices for CI/CD, version control, and testing

Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams

Required

3+ years of experience with Genesys Cloud CX platform and integration of the platform with other technologies such as Conversational AI, Marketing Orchestration and Enterprise Data

Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and OAuth

Genesys Cloud certifications (e.g., Genesys Cloud Certified Professional)

Knowledge of custom CRM and POS integrations (ServiceTitan)

Experience with unified communications and other collaboration tools

Experience with data analytics or reporting tools

Proficiency in Genesys Architect, scripting, and API integrations

Proficiency in telephony and cloud voice technologies

Strong understanding of contact center operations, work force management, quality management, reporting, text analytics and voice of the customer

Familiarity with BYOC architecture and enterprise carrier solutions

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other related fields
