Responsibilities
The Contact Center Representative resolves customer concerns, questions, and requests efficiently using their knowledge and understanding of the product or program
Provides customer with product and service information via phone, email, and or letter
Identifies, researches and resolves customer issues using computer systems
Maintains current understanding of expectations through training
Partners with the customer service team to meet goals and exceed expectations
Qualification
Required
At least 18 years of age
At least high school level education
Bilingual: Fluent in BOTH Spanish and English
Ability to type 35+ words per minute
General knowledge on how to use Microsoft office products
Employment is contingent upon completing and passing a background check and drug test
Preferred
6 months of customer service representative or contact center experience
