LEAD RECEPTIONIST/OFFICE MANAGER

They are seeking a Lead Receptionist/Office Manager to oversee front desk operations, facilitate organizational information flow, and provide clerical support while ensuring a positive environment for patients and visitors.

Responsibilities
Greet patients, visitors, and staff at the front desk
Supervise and facilitate the flow of organizational information
Provide a positive responsive environment for receiving internal and external telephone calls and face-to-face information via the front desk duties
Responsible for scheduling and being responsible for front desk coverage 7 days a week
Responsible for greeting and assisting all visitors, checking in patients for assessment, answering the switchboard and routing calls appropriately, maintaining the facility census book, accepting and directing incoming deliveries, processing incoming and outgoing mail, providing clerical support as requested, and keeping A&R forms stocked
Maintain the appearance of the lobby and triage rooms
Provide data processing services for the facility which includes entering patient’s admissions, entering A&R calls, entering discharges and physician/bed/unit transfers
Assist with various clerical duties and projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school graduate or equivalent
Two (2) years' experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a health care environment
Any combination of education, training, or experience in a hospital environment preferred
Preferred
Supervisory experience preferred
