Build and iterate on agentic evaluation systems and multi-agent discovery strategies to solve increasingly complex coding problems on large codebases
Design and optimize high-performance inference and runtime
Qualification
Required
Experience in building AI-powered developer tools
Strong understanding of agentic AI systems
Experience with high-performance infrastructure
Ability to work on real-world developer workflows
Experience processing large-scale data (tens of billions of tokens per day)
Ability to power concurrent coding agents
Experience generating large volumes of code (hundreds of millions of lines monthly)
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a high-intensity, high-ownership environment
Experience in a small, elite engineering team
