Responsibilities

Lead the sales strategy and direct sales activities into named SLED accounts
Identify and create new business opportunities to expand Cisco’s reach
Develop and drive a comprehensive go-to-market strategy with clear objectives
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to secure complex sales opportunities
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and executive clients

Required

5+ years of experience selling end-to-end IT solutions to large enterprises
Demonstrated success in new account development and consistently meeting/exceeding sales targets
Experience managing large accounts, including forecasting and quota attainment
Must reside in or near New Jersey and be available for in-person customer meetings Monday–Friday

Preferred

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience managing large, complex strategic accounts and engaging C-level decision-makers
Strong team leadership skills and experience driving sales strategy across cross-functional teams
Knowledge of public sector funding, budgets, and buying cycles
Experience in software sales or solution selling within Tier 1 accounts
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; ability to serve as a trusted advisor
