Account Coordinator

Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to members, client groups, brokers, and providers via phone and email
Operates as the point of contact for assigned client groups and brokers
Complete monthly/quarterly responsibilities accurately and in a timely manner
Ensures the timely and successful delivery of company’s solutions according to customer needs
Liaises between the clients and internal teams for solutions
Maintains a working-level understanding of the benefit products
Attend department or company meetings and trainings as required
Conduct portal trainings to educate client groups on how to navigate the online portal
Maintain accurate company information and associate distribution lists in the online portal
Use attention to detail to catch errors and inconsistencies in data
Answer incoming calls for the provider and benefit departments and add call notes to the portal
Provide members with ID cards, plan information, and assist with understanding of coverage requested via phone and email
Provide excellent customer service to client groups by providing claims data, invoices, enrollment reports, ID cards, call records, plan information, and other data that may be requested by phone or email
Assist providers with member eligibility, benefits, and claim status by phone and email
Qualification

Problem solving/analytical skills a plus
Able to make decisions and work independently or with minimal supervision
Able to think outside of the box and use resources to find answers and solutions
Intermediate level experience using Microsoft Office
Interpersonal communication skills
