R & D Chemistry Intern (Summer 2026)
Dyno Nobel is a global leader in commercial explosives, manufacturing and blasting technology. As an R&D Chemist Intern, you will gain lab experience manufacturing and testing emulsions while working with the R&D team to maintain Dyno Nobel’s competitive advantage in the field of mining explosives.

Responsibilities
Perform lab-scale emulsion manufacture
Perform analyses required by the R&D team
Perform all routine quality control tests on all produced materials
Use synthetic, analytical, and material science skills to solve real-world problems
Plan, execute and report on experimental activities
Observe detonation testing experiments on products YOU produced!
Provide document control support for all operations
Qualification
Required
Junior level standing pursuing bachelor's degree in chemistry, or related field
Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player
