Divisions Maintenance Group is a leader in facility maintenance services for retail chains and distribution centers. The Sr. Manager - Revenue Strategy & Planning will drive growth and operational excellence by developing effective business strategies and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and profitability
Own the overall operations of the department, including the development of operational plans and processes
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives
Analyze market trends and data to inform strategy and decision-making
Collaborate with the executive leadership team to align operations with company vision and goals
Identify and manage key performance indicators to measure the success of operations, strategies and ensure efficiency and effectiveness of our commercial team
Drive the opportunity & pipeline management standards, processes and reporting for the company
Manage productivity, quality, and customer-service standards and KPIs for our commercial teams
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure data hygiene and own quarterly account transfers

Required

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field
5+ years of experience in strategy and operations
Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
Experience leading organizational change and managing through complex challenges
Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment
Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs
