Responsibilities

Maintain and update media contact lists; assist with press outreach
Conduct research, track and analyze media coverage
Coordinate development of articles, op-eds, and social media content
Support external speaking engagements and event participation
Support Global newsroom to drive proactive storytelling and amplification across channels; Assist in developing media kits and briefing materials; Manage newsroom assets and maintain editorial calendars for external communications

Required

Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or related field is required
Minimum of 3 years in media relations, journalism or communications
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management capability
Exceptional writing skills for varied formats and platforms

Preferred

Advanced degree preferred
Familiarity working in a highly regulated industry is preferred
