Responsibilities
Leading and contributing to the design, development, and implementation of Airborne RADAR systems
Developing and optimizing signal processing algorithms to enhance RADAR performance
Creating and maintaining high-fidelity simulation environments for performance evaluation and software validation
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality
Utilizing C++ to develop, test, and optimize software components critical to RADAR systems
Qualification
Required
Post secondary STEM degree plus 3 or more years of professional relevant experience
Active DoD Secret or Top Secret Clearance is Required (US Citizenship Required)
Signal Processing expertise
Familiarity with RADAR signal processing concepts, such as Detection, Estimation, and Tracking
Experience with RF, RADAR, or Communications Systems
Proficient in MATLAB (advanced to intermediate level)
Intermediate C++ proficiency
Experience with Simulation Frameworks
Software development experience
Familiarity with Gitlab and Git
Agile Framework experience
Preferred
JIRA experience
Experience with advanced RADAR signal processing techniques
Knowledge of and experience with missile systems and SWAPC-constrained systems
