They are currently seeking a warm, professional, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of their community. This role involves greeting visitors, answering calls, monitoring security, and ensuring a clean and inviting front desk area.

Responsibilities
Greet and direct all visitors and callers with professionalism and warmth
Answer phones promptly and assist residents, families, and staff with questions or needs
Monitor emergency pendants and pull cords, ensuring quick responses when needed
Perform security-related tasks such as perimeter door checks
Support residents with newspaper deliveries and provide light assistance at the desk
Keep the front desk and surrounding common areas clean and inviting
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of receptionist/concierge or service-oriented experience (hospitality or senior living preferred)
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
A calm, patient, and tactful demeanor when working with residents, families, and team members
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to use basic office equipment
