Responsibilities
Define, maintain, and communicate the enterprise architecture vision and roadmap
Translate business strategies into actionable technology architectures and initiatives
Establish and govern architecture standards, principles, and best practices across domains
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that support long-term strategy
Provide architectural oversight, impact assessments, and risk mitigation for major initiatives
Lead and support modernization efforts including Cloud, data, and digital platform transformations
Foster alignment and collaboration across business, application, data, infrastructure, and security teams
Mentor architects and technology teams and promote continuous improvement through the Architecture Center of Excellence (CoE)
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or related roles
Demonstrated experience shaping technology strategy and delivering enterprise-scale solutions
Solid understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, Cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and integration patterns
Experience working within Agile and Lean delivery models at scale
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
