Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives to ensure effective teamwork
Guide the team in adhering to Agile principles and foster a culture of transparency and accountability
Identify and escalate impediments to progress, ensuring timely resolution to keep projects on track
Collaborate with stakeholders to define action items, manage issues, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
Encourage team self-organization and motivate members to focus on achieving iteration goals
Support the planning and coordination of testing environment deployments and application integration testing
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Agile technology delivery and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) teams
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and resolve conflicts effectively
Expertise in time management and budgeting to ensure project milestones are met
Solid understanding of software development processes, including design, development, testing, and deployment
Preferred
Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) is a plus
Familiarity with iterative and incremental development methodologies
Prior experience working with financial services or banking clients is advantageous
