Responsibilities
Vendor and team communication including data entry, coordinating with suppliers, and resolving inquiries from cross-functional teams
Ensure that all billing associated with the Inventory supply chain is accurate, validated and ready for processing
Assembling, addressing, stamping and arranging for the shipment of merchandise and materials
Assist in daily scheduling of deliveries and pick-ups to and from production locations
Keep precise records of all commodities going in and out of company is required
Traveling with personal vehicle within the regional work area is required
Successfully completing the 12-month Work Based Learning Program training curriculum, including all required safety certifications, technical competencies, and performance mile
Qualification
Required
High school or equivalent diploma
Are 18 years of age or older
Willingness to participate in shift rotations to support 24/7 data center operations
Preferred
STEM classes or vocational course curriculum education
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Knowledge of computer hardware components, operating systems and inventory management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Benefits
A lump sum stipend will be provided to eligible candidates who need to relocate for this position.
