The Unified Communications Engineer will be responsible for the administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of problems related to Cisco Voice Applications, as well as providing training to end users and assisting with project implementations.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the administration, monitoring, troubleshooting and resolution of problems of Cisco Voice Applications
Maintain up-to-date documentation of the system design, and the operations and procedures manuals
Provide in-person training to end users on the uses of the telephony infrastructure
Assist with the implementation of projects and other duties as requested
Be a part of a rotating on-call coverage supporting emergency response
Demonstrate the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations
Demonstrate the ability to deal with a variety of people, deal with stressful situations, and handle conflict
Perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned
Follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency
Comply with all Benefis Health System’s organization policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
B.S. in Computer Science, Network, Telecommunications or related subject, or equivalent experience
Unified Communication Experience
Technical certifications desired (CCNA-Voice, CCNP-Voice)
