Responsibilities

Assist with tax planning and preparation
Support client meetings and meeting preparation
Participate in cash flow, estate, and business succession planning
Support the client services and administrative teams as needed/requested
Contribute to internal and client-specific projects
Attend client meetings in a support role

Required

Actively pursuing undergraduate or graduate degree
Business majors with a focus on accounting and taxation preferred
Strong interest in individual taxation and wealth management
Strong critical thinker and initiative-taker
High-level proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Copilot
Excellent communication and writing skills that can translate complex topics for clients or colleagues in a concise and friendly manner
Organized, meticulous and able to multitask
Demonstrate highest standard of ethics, confidentiality, objectivity, and integrity
Team player with a collaborative mindset
Ability to build respectful and trusting relationships with colleagues and clients
Sense of urgency to complete tasks in a timely manner
Adaptable to changing circumstances
