Responsibilities

Manage the 12–16-person core team, maintain the schedule, capture action items, and hold stakeholders accountable
Maintain the 'source of truth' for project health, including rigorous tracking of action items, sprints, decision logs, and milestone completion
Guide and monitor vendor performance against the project roadmap, identifying and escalating potential 'scope creep' or technical bottlenecks before they impact the go-live date
Bridge the gap between 'how we do it today' (manual) and 'how we do it tomorrow' (automated), documenting every step of the journey
Lead/Co-Lead in the creation of SOPs and training materials
Act as the lead facilitator ensuring internal validation for data mapping between legacy ERPs and Supply Chain Planning system; ensure 'data continuity' so that no demand signals are lost in transition

Required

Proven Technology implementation and comprehensive project management expertise in preferably in a supply chain environment
Must be able to provide situational experience of serving as a primary Project Manager for Enterprise Cross-Functional software implementation from discovery through launch
7-10 years in Project Management, Consulting, or Supply Chain/Logistics Experience
Strong command of project governance, risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and multi-vendor orchestration
Strong expertise in process mapping
Data analysis and synthesis experience

Preferred

Experience Purchase Order (PO) Lifecycle Management, Inventory Management, Parts Distribution a plus
