Develop and oversee workforce development programs that align with community and organizational goals

Ability to quickly learn and utilize internal processes and software

Be knowledgeable as an HR generalist and have effective communication

Ensure programs are delivered with a high level of customer service and responsiveness to needs

Demonstrate integrity and confidentiality
