Graphic Designer - Baseball
Wasserman operates at the epicenter of sports, music and entertainment, serving talent, brands and properties on a global scale. They are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create large 360 brand design content for a major brand in the sports space, with a focus on dynamic and polished graphics. The role requires collaboration with a tight-knit team and adherence to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.

Responsibilities
Your job will be working on building brand creative and brand stories across global campaigns
Primarily, you will be helping to create large 360 brand design content for a major brand, so it must look professional and polished
Passion for great looking graphics that are dynamic, eye-popping and true to the brand we serve
This work will be more than social graphics and social stories, as brand design will not be limited to how it shows up on social media
We will strive to push the brand into a new direction that builds a new base of consumers and fans globally
You will also be working with a very tight-knit and talented team
We need a designer with a strong level of dependence and trust between all team members to deliver and support every other team member, whilst also following directions not just internally but from the brand
Must have a keen grasp at being able to follow existing brand guidelines and toolkits with the eye to push them in directions they aren’t looking
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience developing creative assets
Strong attention to detail; pixel perfect perfectionists preferred
Very strong animation and motion skills
Must have strong proficiency with Illustrator, After Effects, and Photoshop
Can quickly pick up and follow brand visual identities/rules, and understand how they work so you can create room for innovation between the prescribed rules
Familiarity with design rules, graphic design, motion graphics and popular editing trends and executions are necessary
Must work well with others, both socially and in craft; must know how to format working files for easy sharing and pickup between team members, and exporting assets for easy integration with After Effects and Premiere
Must have experience/work well with large file transfers and familiarity in exporting to a multitude of platforms, out-of-home and broadcast outputs
Must be a creative problem solver; when the answer isn't given to you, you must be able to find your own
Must be familiar with UI/UX design and understand how function informs great design
Must be living in NYC
3 days in office hybrid work schedule
Must be a fan of Sports, particularly Baseball and Baseball Fandom
Preferred
Bonus points for Premiere, DaVinci, Blender
