Prepare, interpret and present various financial analyses and statistical market analyses
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 4 years' related experience in Land Acquisition
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to prepare, interpret and present various financial analyses
Ability to prepare, interpret and present statistical market analyses
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication skills
Must maintain a valid driver's license
