Business Development Representative Associate
NextDeavor is providing a contract opportunity with Adobe for a Business Development Representative Associate. In this role, you will support pipeline growth by maintaining CRM data, researching target accounts, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
Accurately input and maintain customer and prospect data within the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
Ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms
Research contacts within target accounts using LinkedIn, Google, and ZoomInfo
Identify key decision-makers and personas to support BDR/SDR and marketing targeting
Maintain and update CRM records; input research and contact data; use reports and dashboards to monitor performance
Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads through online research and outreach
Utilize LinkedIn for prospecting and connecting with potential customers; build and maintain targeted prospect lists
Provide sales and marketing support, including building intelligence, administrative tasks, and identifying target contacts for marketing
Learn and utilize ZoomInfo to gain customer contact information
Communicate clearly with team members and assist with initial outreach via email or phone
Qualification
Required
Strong interest in sales and business development
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive, results-oriented attitude
Preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Experience using LinkedIn, Google, and ZoomInfo for research and prospecting
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
