Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day accounting for one or more locations, including monthly close and financial reporting
Prepare and review P&L statements, balance sheets, variances, and projections
Partner with Operations to support budgeting, cost control, and operational decision-making
Engage with teams across departments and spend time on the floor understanding how the business runs
Identify and implement process improvements that support efficiency and accuracy
Support audits, inventory processes, and compliance requirements
Lead, coach, and develop a small accounting team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent certification (CPA, CMA)
5+ years of accounting experience, including supervisory or people-management experience
Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with all levels of the organization
Practical, curious, and willing to dig in to understand how things really work
