Responsibilities

Assist in lab/test equipment setup, configuration, and debugging support – fibber cabling, thermal chamber, traffic generator
Support equipment installation – rack and stack, chassis install, PDU, terminal server
Provide packing, shipping, and receiving support – domestic and international
Support test equipment calibration
Assist with lab equipment inventory and asset tagging
Contribute to lab safety and audit support

Required

Candidate must be enrolled in junior college or university pursuing a technical degree in hardware or software
Assist in lab/test equipment setup, configuration, and debugging support – fibber cabling, thermal chamber, traffic generator
Support equipment installation – rack and stack, chassis install, PDU, terminal server
Provide packing, shipping, and receiving support – domestic and international
Support test equipment calibration
Assist with lab equipment inventory and asset tagging
Contribute to lab safety and audit support
Physically capable of handling packages and equipment up to 25 lbs
Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, self-starter attitude, ability to multitask, and good organizational skills

Preferred

Basic experience or interest in IP networking (a plus, not mandatory)
Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
Currently pursuing an engineering degree (a plus)
