Responsibilities

Create test scenarios expertly for salary ranges and grade profiles, compensation elements affecting business processes and Advanced Compensation grid changes in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation
Support project activities related to Workday Security and Reporting in which those compensation changes impact
Partner closely with our implementation partner to validate configuration design and testing
Act as a trusted advisor to the Compensation team to ensure the solution fits real business needs since you've done this before

Required

Strong mandatory testing experience in Workday Compensation including salary ranges, grade profiles, compensation structures, Advanced Compensation grid

Prior experience working on or alongside Workday implementations
Excellent communication and attention to detail with the ability to connect business needs to system capabilities
