Pacific Seafood is seeking a creative and ambitious intern to assist the transportation team in improving delivery efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This role focuses on analyzing delivery route costs, creating a comprehensive route logistics manual, and designing SOPs to eliminate discrepancies in truck inventory.

Conduct delivery route cost analysis

Develop and document a route logistics manual

Design SOPs to prevent missing products on trucks

Support transportation team initiatives to enhance operational performance

Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Actively pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree, with a graduation date no later than June of 2026, in: Business, Logistics, Or a related field

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Basic PC knowledge

Preferred

Willingness to experiment and learn from failures

Familiarity with seafood or agricultural product markets

Analytical and problem-solving skills
