The role involves creating visual designs for events and resources, adhering to brand standards, and contributing to marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
Create visual designs to advertise Piper Center events and resources for use in print materials and the Piper Center website using Adobe Illustrator and other design tools
Adhere to Piper Center brand standards
Work with Piper Center staff to understand staff expectations and event audiences
Contribute to marketing strategy
Update and edit the Piper Center web pages using Wordpress
Photograph the occasional LinkedIn headshot
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with InDesign
Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively and meet deadlines
Ability to work well independently and to collaborate effectively with staff
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow through
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong work ethic and reliability
Desire to work in a professional office setting
Positive attitude and interest in the Piper Center's programs and resources
Preferred
Experience with Photoshop
Experience with Illustrator
Experience with DSLR cameras
Experience with Wordpress
Basic HTML knowledge
