NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association is dedicated to improving broadband access in rural America. As a Benefits Resource Specialist, you will provide exceptional service and solutions for NTCA’s benefit programs, acting as a trusted resource for inquiries and collaborating with teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities
Be the trusted resource for inquiries about NTCA Benefit Plans and eligibility
Provide clear, professional answers to participants, HR representatives, and providers
Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to resolve complex issues
Stay current on benefit program rules and regulations
Contribute to a team that values accuracy, empathy, and superior customer service
Qualification
Required
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
Comfort working with web-based systems and databases
Flexibility to work varying schedules within standard hours (Monday – Friday between the hours of 9 am and 7 pm)
Preferred
Knowledge of employee benefits is a plus (but not required)
