Responsibilities

Support operational audits to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes

Support compliance audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies

Collaborate with team members to develop and enhance data visualizations that facilitate audit insights and decision-making

Contribute to audit reports by summarizing findings, recommendations, and management responses

Required

Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program at a College/University and able to receive a paid internship

Eligible to work in the US without restrictions

Have previously demonstrated leadership skills through school, extracurricular activities and/or community involvement

Exceptional at taking on challenges and using your particular set of skills to create solutions

A self-starter, ability to work with others in a team environment, with a passion for helping others

Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels of the organization

Must be well organized, attentive to detail, and possess time management skills

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Must have strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Office

Professional skepticism and a commitment to ethical behavior

Possess an agile mindset and an enthusiasm for continuous learning

Pursuing an undergraduate degree (ideally a rising senior) or post-graduate degree, majoring in accounting, finance, or other relevant, business-related discipline

Preferred

Spanish language proficiency is desirable but not required

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar platforms is a plus but not required
