Responsibilities

Build and nurture relationships with financial advisors across the industry to understand their long-term goals, succession plans, and potential interest in transitioning their practice

Manage a dynamic pipeline of advisor practices, tracking engagement, readiness, and alignment with Ameriprise/APWG acquisition strategies

Advise advisors on transition options, including full or partial sale, equity monetization, and contingency planning

Network with senior leaders to establish new business opportunities

Develop a pipeline through speaking engagements, outbound calls, emails, and social media

Make on-site presentations, negotiate, and close deals

Provide market intelligence to inform acquisition strategy and enhance value propositions for prospective sellers

Support webinars, conferences, and consultations to promote Ameriprise/APWG as a destination for practice continuity and growth
