The Senior Manager, Investor Relations will shape how Nscale communicates its strategy and performance to the investment community, focusing on developing investor-facing materials and managing relationships with investors and analysts.

Responsibilities

Support the development and refinement of investor-facing materials including presentations, earnings scripts, fact sheets, and Q&A documents

Translate complex financial and strategic information into clear, compelling narratives tailored for investors and analysts

Ensure consistency, accuracy, and transparency across all external communication touchpoints

Partner with senior leadership to maintain and evolve the company’s equity narrative as business performance, markets, and strategy shift over time

Conduct research and analysis to support updates to messaging, positioning, and long-term themes

Assist in managing relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and rating agencies

Coordinate logistics and briefing materials for meetings, conferences, and roadshows; prepare leadership for external engagements

Support proactive targeting efforts to expand and diversify the shareholder base

Assist in preparing quarterly earnings materials, financial updates, and disclosures

Partner with Finance, Legal, and Communications teams to ensure high-quality, compliant reporting

Monitor industry trends, competitor developments, investor sentiment, and key drivers within the capital markets

Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership

Maintain databases, dashboards, and benchmarking materials

Contribute to the build-out of IR processes, tools, and best practices aligned with public-company standards

Support the development of governance and compliance frameworks for external communications

Work closely with FP&A, Treasury, Legal, Corporate Development, and Communications to ensure alignment across all investor-facing outputs

Drive operational excellence and contribute to cross-functional workflows involving financial and strategic messaging
