Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)
Automate workflows and integrate systems using Power Automate.Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external data sources
Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into technical specifications and solutions
Test, troubleshoot, and optimize Power Platform solutions for performance and reliability
Provide user training, documentation, and support for deployed solutions
Stay up-to-date with Power Platform updates, new features, and best practices

Required

8+ years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform
Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Platform
Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and connectors
Strong understanding of business process automation, workflow design, and data modeling
Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and integrating external systems
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400) are a plus

Preferred

Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, etc.)
Knowledge of governance, security, and compliance in Power Platform
Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies
UI/UX design skills for building user-friendly applications
