The Lab Technician will perform daily testing of raw materials and finished goods, collaborate with team members to ensure product quality, and support continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities
Perform raw material and finished product tests
Determine acceptability of test results and communicate findings to plants
Conduct basic maintenance on lab equipment
Analyze customer complaints and competitor samples; provide reports
Perform equipment calibrations
Prepare raw materials and finished products for testing
Assist in developing and writing lab and quality control procedures
Maintain a clean work area
Complete standardized assignments with minimal supervision
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
Willingness to pursue additional formal training as needed
Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs
Preferred
Experience in quality inspection or plastics processing preferred
