Agreement Specialist
Authority Brands Inc. is a leading provider of home services, building brands that support the success of our franchisees. The Agreements Specialist is responsible for managing all non-call center agreement inquiries, including customer plan management, payment processing, and recurring revenue monitoring.

Responsibilities
Respond to general questions regarding new agreements, remaining visits, payment method changes, and plan cancellations
Schedule appointments for customers as permitted
Other duties as assigned
Monitor and follow up on failed payments and ACH transactions
Utilize RingCentral text functionality to follow up on failed payments and assist with collections
Ensure monthly recurring charges are reviewed for completeness and accuracy
Utilize routing path for calls across multiple locations using a shared line
Must follow any PCI-compliance for collecting & updating customer payment information
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in customer operations, finance, or related field
Strong understanding of payment processing, recurring billing, and revenue recognition
Familiarity with ServiceTitan, RingCentral, PCI compliance standards & secure data handling
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with technical and operational teams
Preferred
Knowledge of deferred revenue accounting
Experience in Sales, payment gateways, CRM systems & Service Titan
