Responsibilities
Coordinate with general contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, and the owner verbally and in writing
Develop commissioning scope and fees for proposals
Review and understand project plans, project scopes, specifications, contract documents, and schedules
Collaborate with Cx Project Coordinator to create and maintain Project Plans in Vision
Understand and communicate complete project contract scope, regulations, and safety measures to SOBe staff and other project team members
Collaborate with SOBe Project Accountants to develop monthly invoices, accounts receivables and accounts payables
Be the main point of contact for clients and SOBe staff on assigned projects
Design reviews including OPR, BOD, Plans and Specification
Facilitate OPR Workshop if required
Review of submittals and shop drawings
Develop Commissioning Plans
Perform periodic Site Observation Visits during construction and preparing Site Observation Reports
Develop project-specific test scripts including Pre-Functional Checklists (PFC), Functional Performance Tests (FPT), and Integrated Systems Tests (IST)
Onsite execution and witnessing of tests
Facilitate commissioning meetings, capturing and delivering meeting minutes to the project team
Manage the resolution of Commissioning Issues
Develop Commissioning Reports/Systems Manuals
Perform Warranty Walk Throughs and updating Cx Reports/Systems Manuals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5+ years of equivalent MEP construction, commissioning and project management experience
Preferred
Project Management Certification
Professional Engineering License
Certification in Building Commissioning
OSHA 10-hour Construction Safety
NFPE-70E
