Define and execute a bold, forward-thinking software engineering strategy
Drive adoption of cutting-edge tech: AI-driven DevOps, Generative AI/LLMs, DevSecOps, cloud-native/serverless, microservices, CI/CD, and low-code/no-code platforms
Architect systems for scalability, security, and sustainability
Implement frameworks that accelerate delivery and improve quality
Manage technical debt while ensuring long-term system health
Establish key metrics for velocity, reliability, and quality
Lead secure, compliant, and innovative software engineering practices
Qualification
Required
10+ years in software engineering leadership (5+ years at VP/Senior Director level)
Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, CI/CD, and containerization tools
Proven success driving Agile/DevOps transformations
Experience implementing AI/ML and automation initiatives
Bachelor's in CS or related field
