Responsibilities

Program & Curriculum Leadership: Oversee the full breadth of programs to ensure the high standards of The Little Gym International are met

Team Management & Development: Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate your fellow team members. Lead by example to foster a professional and positive environment

Teaching & Instruction: Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum. You’ll be actively moving and playing—acting like a kid right alongside our members!

Customer Service: Provide an outstanding family-like experience. Build strong relationships with children and their parents

Operational Support: Assist the Gym with day-to-day operations, including scheduling, answering inquiries, and maintaining a clean, safe facility

Marketing & Sales: Promote programs to new and existing families and assist with marketing

Required

High-energy and passionate about making a difference

Ability to balance hands-on teaching with high-level leadership

Experience in program and curriculum leadership

Team management and development skills

Ability to recruit, hire, train, and evaluate team members

Experience in teaching classes based on a proven curriculum

Strong customer service skills

Operational support experience including scheduling and maintaining a clean facility

Marketing and sales skills to promote programs

Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics (preferred)

Ability to build strong relationships with children and their parents

Positive attitude and ability to create a fun work environment
