Responsibilities
Analyzes transactions and reconciles general ledger accounts
Prepares journal entries in financial system with high-level accuracy
Collaborates with internal business partners and Finance team members
Maintains data integrity between financial systems and other connected databases
Maintains sub ledgers and associated supporting documents
Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents including bank statements, invoices, and contracts
Maintains financial security by following internal controls
Qualification
Required
At least two years' experience in an Accountant role
Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field or equivalent specialized training
Accounting principles and practices
Microsoft Office applications including intermediate-level Excel
Automated accounting systems
Ability to work independently to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines
Work effectively within teams and with others in a diverse environment
Communicate effectively (verbal and written)
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Preferred
Experience in Accounts Receivable
Customer service experience
Ability to work in different financial and POS systems
