Responsibilities
Develop and maintain test documentation, perform system testing, and manage test environments
Participate in customer meetings to gather requirements and provide input on project timelines
Analyze business requirements to identify testing needs and ensure stakeholder expectations are met
Own Customer Acceptance Testing (CAT) systems: schedule, plan, configure, document, and implement changes
Apply testing principles to evaluate systems during development and validate new features before launch
Record, report, and track software defects; maintain accurate testing documentation
Assist with software installations in production environments and create scenarios to replicate issues
Provide on-call support for system incidents and day-to-day issue resolution
Deliver metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of testing processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1–2 years of related experience; prior operations or project management experience is a plus
Familiarity with Unix/Linux (Red Hat), Putty, WinSCP, Jira, and Windows (certifications not required)
Strong technical aptitude with troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Self-motivated with a sense of urgency; able to work independently and collaboratively
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Preferred
Knowledge of SEI/CMM/ITIL frameworks preferred
