Responsibilities

Take ownership of a summer-long IT project aligned to a core area such as IT infrastructure, architecture, AI data and analytics, systems administration, or IT operations

Manage project milestones and deliver measurable outcomes that support business or technical objectives

Gain hands-on experience with cutting edge enterprise IT tools, platforms, and systems used in a large-scale environment

Research and propose improvements to existing IT processes, workflows, or technologies

Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and validating new tools or system enhancements

Collaborate with IT professionals across various teams to support day-to-day operations and initiatives

Participate in team meetings, technical discussions, and professional development sessions to build both technical and business skills

Document project findings, technical steps, and final recommendations to support knowledge sharing and future improvements

Present project updates and final outcomes to IT leadership and stakeholders

Support additional tasks as needed, based on interests and team priorities

Required

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in information technology, cybersecurity, information systems, computer science, or a related field

Strong interest in enterprise IT and a desire to learn and grow in a professional setting

Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards
