Responsibilities

Engage with and challenge senior stakeholders, providing commercial and provocative perspectives on the issues, challenges, and opportunities facing the Insurance sector

Establish the Insights strategy for the Insurance sector, driving the development and co-creation of insights beyond publicly available information

Combine multiple perspectives and sources to develop compelling points of view that drive results

Work closely with Insights leadership and other Analysts to support Insurance leadership and other senior stakeholders

Required

Outstanding executive-level presentation skills, with a track record of challenging and shaping perspectives of senior Insurance clients and internal decision-makers

Demonstrated experience working at a senior level in a fast-moving, client-driven environment

Recognized Insurance insight leadership with 5+ years of Insurance-specific research and analysis activity

Collaborative mindset, able to work well both as part of a team and independently in a global, multi-cultural, and virtual environment

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information, review data inputs, and provide analytic insights

Succinct and structured oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely

At least 12 years of experience in a professional services or equivalent environment

Collaborative mindset, outstanding executive presence, and storytelling ability, with the capability to engage with clients at the C-suite level

Ability to combine multiple perspectives and sources to develop compelling points of view
