Research and identify new business opportunities
Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Qualify leads and set up meetings for sales teams
Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies
Qualification
Required
2 plus years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development
Strong Communication Skills – Ability to clearly present ideas and engage with clients
Sales & Prospecting Skills – Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and social selling
Lead Qualification – Ability to assess potential clients and determine if they are a good fit
CRM Experience – Familiarity with tools like Salesforce or other CRMs
Negotiation & Persuasion – Ability to influence potential customers and book meetings
Resilience & Adaptability – Comfort in handling rejection and adapting sales strategies
Time Management – Efficiently managing outreach and follow-ups
Market Research – Ability to analyze industry trends and identify potential opportunities
Meticulous and detail-oriented - Keen eye for accuracy and precision
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not always required)
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement a big plus
