The role involves coordinating production logistics, assisting on shoot days, and ensuring smooth communication among team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Coordinate production logistics, including schedules, timelines, and resources. Track details, confirm requirements with stakeholders, and keep tasks on schedule

Assist with various production duties on shoot days alongside pre- and post-shoot responsibilities

Manage shoot preparation, secure locations, arrange casting, book vendors, and coordinating props, equipment, and supplies. Assist with various production duties on shoot days alongside pre- and post-shoot responsibilities

Serve as the on-set logistics contact. Welcome participants, share instructions, manage catering, and keep the production schedule running on time

Track and maintain video team resources, including studio space, equipment, and props. Support purchases, rentals, and returns as needed

Communicate regularly with the Creative Manager and project stakeholders to share updates, flag risks, and ensure smooth information flow across teams

Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity
